"I have downloaded this file. When I click on it to install it, it asks what program do I want to use to open it. I have tried Wordpad, Notebook, WinWord etc. but get only gibberish. What am I doing wrong?"

"This driver file is already installed from the Windows 98 CD when you install the Stylus Color ESC/P2 printer. This did not come with his printer. What you need is 'SC21AE.exe' available from Epson."
