"For Windows XP:

I had this problem too, however I simply connected the camera (with a memory stick inside it) to the computer and it installed the drivers by itself. It states in the manual that a memory stick is needed to intall the drivers, and xp should be able to run the drivers off any sony stick. hope this works for you"
