"Doesn't work for Windows 2000. The download starts out normally; but when it tries to open the Help page, you get the help page format, and a message that says it is missing a file to open the page."

"Well isnt this great, I just formatted and put win 2000 pro on this lappie now to find this out. USR sucks, compaq sucks and so do the people who sent this pcmcia card to me with no driver for win 2000 pro, youd think theyd know the products they sell."

"Works great in Win9x (Run 3013.EXE to unpack the disk creator, then run INSTALL.BAT to create the driver floppy. Run setup.exe from the floppy it writes to install the software. When Windows is looking for the .INF file, make sure you tell it to look on the floppy, not the directory setup creates on your hard disk - this directory contains the uninstaller & diagnostics).

"This driver is the same as the one for Windows 95/98. It doesn't work for all Windows. At least it doesn't work for Windows 2000 Pro. Anybody knows where I can get the correct driver?"

"Finding this particular driver was an act of congress! Had to e-mail USR several times and in each instance, not once did they respond. Considering how spendy their products are, you'd think they'd have a much better online support structure. Thank you to those that submitted this driver."

"I tried to find driver for W2000 but I failed. It seems that it is impossible to get driver for W2000."

"Just got off a lengthy phone call with 3com, USR and Mhz.. The same statement I received was that this 3013 modem was for 95/98 only and will not support 2000. They also stated that they will not be producing a 2000 driver for it. They mentioned the only thing to do is to complain to corporate headquarters at CSO 935 National Parkway Shaumburg, IL 60197"

"It works, but not on W2000. I tested it on Win9x. It should work on Winnt, but for sure Win2000 does not support it."
