"its the only driver that will work with my asound card. Problem is that original XP drivers arent good and you need feand.inf and feand.sys for card to work. dnno what is the problem with XP driver but this is the solution"

"I down loaded the drivr and installed it and it did not work. The file says it has four (4) files but when you unzip the zipped file you only get three (3) files."

"Worked great for me, as with Madd Hatter, the only ID on the card a chip labeled "LAN-8139", I assume same chip, different manufacturer. Gabe mentioned that the Win2K driver didn't work, but I had no problem and it worked fine on a machine running Windows XP. Thanks for the driver, Tony!"

"I tried them all and tried this one also. None of them work. If i am plugged into the network trhe system hangs. Not plugged into the router the sys. works fine."

"The only identification on the NIC I was working on is on the Chip. It is an Elements NIC-8139. This worked fine. ME Identified it as an Asound."
