I got this driver from the primax website, it works perfectly with my windows xp, when installing , if you have the primax setup cd install only the scanner and taskbridge then install this driver and it works perfectly.

Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
