Uploader Notes

Dell Dimension 8100 unsupported device driver. I searched everywhere for this thing before also known as MetDriver or Metolious Driver for the front button on dell dimensions. Finally found it under the ME drivers solution center. Really should be in XP section!

"It worked but you have to chose to install from a specific location, then you have to select the "don't search. I will choose the driver to install". Then it seems to install fine but boy howdy, what a bother."

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.

Tech Tip: Driver downloads and updates come in a variety of file formats with different file extensions. For example, you may have downloaded an EXE, INF, ZIP, or SYS file. Each file type has a slighty different installation procedure to follow.
