"Took about 15 minutes to get through the ads, then less than 5 minutes to download and get up and running after going through dozens of other sites which were no help at all. Very easy to find what i needed here."

"You need to make downloading easier and have a way of monitering the download. When I click "download to your hard drive" I can't tell if the file downloaded or not, or where it went. I have never had such a hard time getting a file."
