"This driver is OK for my modem HSP56MR 2.30-9K on Windows XP O.S.. You have only to manually istall driver with XP installation wizard (finding *.inf file on package)"

"I'm inclined to agree with Mr. Nelson. I was installing this modem for a friend who uses XP Pro, and we tried, over and over, and even used the one available at amptron.com. No dice. So now my friend has a P4 brand new system, but XP won't allow him to get online with his modem. We're waiting to see if the people he purchased the system from has someone on board who is
