"The driver did not work with HP Pavilion 701 after restore from HDD. Sound had failed after Windows Update attempted to update the driver. Use the driver from SIS for 7012 chipset soundcard."

"Installed on HP Pavilion 751n with AD1885 chip onboard. Unzipped and updated driver in device manager. Had to tell it not to search and point it to the unzipped driver. Worked great."
