"As always if installing on XP then download the file and then connect the camera using your USB cable. Let Windows automatically find and install the software from there rather than clicking on it once downloaded. This should stop any potential problems."

"Good to use camera on Windows XP. Connecting to camera with viewer caused slight problems at start, but initiating in right sequence works fine."
