"HELP! I have tried everything to get my ultima e+ to work with xp. It tells me that i cant use the bus power, and that the twain_32.dll is missing. When I try to add hardware, xp doesnt even recohnize Artec as the company, nothing in the list is apporiate to use. any help will be greatly appeicated. tnx...Jan"

"No problem... Sorry for not replying to your last few posts (haven’t looked at the site in a while). I hoped that someone might benefit from the time I put into trying to get it to work... (In reply to Shane) I compressed the files with WinRAR using the zip format so you might need the newest version of WinZip to open it. I personally don't care for the zip compression

"I got it installed and everything but when it came to scanning within Photoshop 6 the scanner it refered to was the AT3 not the AT6 and it said it wasnt installed! I tried everything and im running out of ideas! Do you think i should start from scratch?"

"Were you able to get the drivers installed for the scsi? I personaly wasn't able to get the SCSI card that came with the scanner to work in win 2000, and from what i read on other message boards its not compatable with 2000 or XP. Other then that just make sure you have the scanner plugged into the scsi and turned on before you boot the computer (I am sure know that thou

"Would't work for me, I installed my SCSI card it was the same one that came with the scanner and that same scsi worked with windows 2000 which i had before but now the scanner isnt being detected u have any ideas? Thanx anyway"
