"Still looking, because I can't open the file. Please let me know if you find the Big Picture (US Robotics Camera) for windows XP. This one doesn't seem to work, or maybe there is something one could do to use it."

"Try the drivers here www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads13/28532.html they work if you disable the TV TUNER in the DEVICE MANAGER for 2000 and XP."

"Found a driver that works - go to www.hauppauge.com, install the XP drivers for the WinTV-PVR-pci. It's a two-step process - didn't need to do the 3rd step they suggested (installing WinTV2000)"
