"All these drivers for the w89c940 chipset pci ethernet cards for windows xp seem to be exactly the same and do not work. I've even downloaded the same thing from Winbond's web site and it isn't any different. Windows XP ALWAYS says that the location where the drivers are don't contain any info about your hardware. Thus, the driver doesn't even install!"
