Please copy the music and photos from your Gateway MP3 Photo Jukebox to your computer's hard drive, as this update reformats and removes all content from your jukebox, including all music and photos. This update requires two steps. First, download the firmware to your computer. After downloading this file, you then install the firmware on your Gateway MP3 Photo Jukebox. How to Update Gateway Device Drivers
