you must install from device manager,update driver,while installing sometimes the system freezes dont do anything just hit your reboot button and it will install sometimes you have to try it again then it will go through works with xp and win 2k.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
