"only downfall is that I couldnt get Hyperterminal to dial out with this driver. It recognized the modem but would not dial out! It worked great on all my other apps tho/."

"The driver listed here is actually the W-2000 driver for the 3049L. The setup.exe from Zoom does NOT install the driver for W-2000 properly."
