I could not find an XP driver for Hayes Mini USB ISDN TA 128. However after searching the web I found an identical looking TA which did have a driver. I used this and it works OK, although if I am connected to a network it crashes the system! If you aren't on a network it works fine.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
