"I've installed the scanner files and it is working properly K but when i want to install UP_LIB for the pannel it says that some files such as MSVCIRT.dll ,MFC$@.dll and CRT40.dll are in use and I don't know by which program , can anybody lead me ?"

"it doesn't work, in the end of the download it shows up an error message, and I've tried from the site of mustek, all ok until the instalation when it says the files are corrupted, sooo what else......?"

"i have done this 5 times and each time it say's i'm missing a DLL fil,, this last time it was a file call...irrshape.dll, HELP ME!!!!!"

"I have been trying to download this driver but it just wont work. When i click download it goes through the process (contacting site, downloading from site, then done)But it doesnt download"

"I have tried to download this driver from the mustek website for a week with no luck. Thank you for taking the time to post this. I have had the other driver for a week, but it is no good without this one. Thanks"
