There may be a problem in first loading. The software attempts to load an older version of mcf42.dll, a Windows runtime dll. It asks if you want to keep your newer version? Clicking yes causes the install to hang. Clicking no causes your computer to go unstable with a Windows warning. Then, rebooting and reinstalling the driver, you come to the same question. Clicking yes this time, the install continues to completion. Then it works great. This is an newer and better edition of the Diamond Stealth III 540 32 MB driver which came with the hardware.
