Fixes the issue when a connected usb hub that has no usb devices connected will be disabled after another usb hub is attached at another available root port. Fixes the issue when transferring large of amounts of data, the system will hang. Avoids noise from a USB audio converter or speaker. Fixes ability to use USB after resuming from standby.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
