"Tried DVR2000.zip with Win2K SP4 all updates, to resolve OEM driver problems with

all sound cards (EISA and PCI) limiting control of audio functions. Drivers worked, but no better than supplied with 4 video capture card (Conexant fusion 878A chip)

with PC Surveillance Software."

"I am on dial-up alot of time consuming hoops to jump through before you are allowed to down load drivers which do not work for Windows 2000."
