"I think the only thing that was good about this download is that is was really quick.........which should have been a clue! Now my computer doesn't even recognize the scanner at all.......On or Off my computer. I think I will just go buy another piece of crap! Maybe one where the manufacturer is a little more concerned with the plight of customers who have lost the disc'

"I just got a Dell PC with XP Home Version loaded. I downloaded and ran fixwinxp.exe, along with a driver obtained at the link 161.58.165.18/pub/123EP2k/123ep2k.zip. It works great now. (Did not load ANY of the software that came with the scanner onto my new PC.)"

"This worked really well for me. I had a disc (for an olympic 1200-cub USB scanner) that refused to run in XP. I dumped whole disk on the hard drive and used this software to allow the setup.exe of the disk to run. Thanks very much"
