Newcom is out of business (and so, of course, is their web site). Many of their sound cards use ESS Technologies audio controllers. To find out what ESS chip your sound card uses, you'll have to look at the sound card itself (mine is a Newcom 1851 and uses an ES1868 chip). For other ESS Technologies chips, visit www.esstech.com.
