"It does work, but you got to install tru control panel add hardware, select modem . do not detect, select rockwell -brand name- detect from disk, (disk being the folder where you unzipped the zip file) after that windows will install it. but if the modem still does not work check if modem enumerator is installed. do the same and the modem will work. did in presario 5153.&q
