S3 Graphics ProSavage Driver Reviews

ven't thought of. Sorry, it's just that i think it's best to all have a comprehensive dialogue in these matters. Anyhoo, i'm not 100% certain, but i think i got this Driver.zip from another website last week, and although it made a slight improvement to the performance of the ProSavage Video Card in this PC, (im not at home, this is my father-inlaws pc) even after i installed these drivers the FPS of the most Taxing game this pc has to cope with running, the FPS only increased by about 10 / Incidentally, Unreal Tournament 2003 is the game i refer to. '10 Frames Per Second? ... But that's a quite good improvement' i imagine some people might say, but unbelievably, before i got these drivers, the game ran at a measly 4-5 FPS. o For a card that should rank alongside an NVidia GeForce 2 MX 400 boggles my mind. Come on, you have to admit the S3 ProSavage is poor at best. My Mum has a 5 year old 16MB Riva TNT that leaves the ProSavage in it's wake. Maybe i'm wrong but ive tried everything that i know trying to get this card to perform better, and it has only got slightly better. Is there maybe something wrong with my da-in-laws particular card, ie - perhaps it's been damaged or who knows what? Bahh, i almost give in. *Laughing Out Loud* D"
