"The download and installation of the driver was good, but I cannot print those special command through this driver or at least I do not know how I can do it. At the end, I have to change the physical switch to change the Citizen printer under STAR print mode then send the command char to drive the printer myself."

"This download has no .inf file. WIn XP can't use it to install. This download is an .exe. After it runs, nothing seems to happen. I still can't use my label printer."
