"it downloads, then unzips 3 files, then i can't find them to access them i can find the folder, but it asks? do i want to unzip?"

"I have microtek scanmaker x6 , serial number MRS-1200X6P, i am trying to download a driver for my operating system (xp). I moved into xp from Millenium, but xp doesn t recognise it. Can u please help me? Thks"

"I have the scanmaker X and WIndows Xp. USB can't find. I downloaded the x6usb.exe, got three files and unzipped theminto 30 or so. Now what do I do. I don't know how to install them."

"XP recognized the scanner, but when I press the Go button on the scanner it doesn't scan. It seems as if it can't access an application even after I installed the Ulead software included with the original cd-rom. I can see my picture when I run Scan Test from the Program Files, but it isn't large enough."
