"Works fine....after unzipping & running the setup file in Disk#1. Since it didn't contain a scanning application, I tried the built-in Scanner & Camera Wizard that comes with XP(also I have Service Pack 2 installed).....Works perfectly. Thanks"

"I was trying to update my Adara USB Slimstar to work on XP. This is the driver that's supposed to do it.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when selected as the TWAIN, if says it's not recognized,"

"Works fine for me. For those that can't make it work, note that we had to select the Microtek ScanWizard, not the scanner itself. Works fine with XP and Adobe Photo DeLuxe 2.0."

"Thanx Jerry. Since your post of over a year ago, there have been some changes. Go to support.microtek.com/ and select the SlimScan C3u which replaced the Slimstar I Plus. There are drivers available for 98/ME/2000/XP."

"I searched and searched for a resolution to this problem and wahlah! It worked!!! Driver works just fine and a freebie old scanner works perfectly for my needs. Don't hesitate!"

"I am using amicrotek c3 parallel port scanner, but i am using xp and i can not find a driver that i can use to make it work. Is there a driver that i can use to make my scanner work with xp?"

"I downloaded this file yet it still wont read my scanner.the computer says that there is a "slimscan C3" like the program says, so it is connected properly but it slill wont access it.If enyone can offer me some info or assistance in anyway it would be greatly apprecated. THANX"
