"Reading the comments about this driver I did not bother downloading it. The win2k driver seems to work with xp, install it despite the warning from xp, worked for me? not perfect but it works."

"It doesnt work on Windows XP !!! I have the same problem as Robix hase ... driver has not passed XP driver test, and recomand not to install this driver !!! even if i install this driver dot caring about the worning... Nothing hapens..no use... i can work with this modem on XP..why ???"
