"I first had to consider the age of this device. The 3U1S1P was purchased more than five years ago, it is a 3 hub usb port w/1 - 9 pin and 1 - 25 pin serial port. With this in mind any help was appreciated. The device has always worked even without the updated drivers. The annoying problem is that the found new hardware wizard continues to pop-up although the device works p

"Install of the Belkin F5U012 ExpressBus Plus went well with this driver (ibay_w2k1001.zip) in Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 and all Microsoft updates as of 2006 Mar 31. One minor snag: the Serial port got a Code 10 (cannot start) error during initial setup, but a reboot fixed that. USB ports installed fine. The Parallel port did not seem to install, however
