"have win98se and aol and second boot is win xp home upgrade my modem is hsp56 audo modem riser on com4 will open when i get back to xp in 98 now couldnt get on net in xp till sound and modem conflict taken care of will see how this works"

"Driver worked fine for WinMe to WinXP2 home upgrade: You'll obviously need to download this prior to upgrading to XP to get connected to the Internet, as the old WinMe version not operational under XP!!"
