This is the driver for the Iogear USB FLASH WEB CAM. I Tryed to find this driver over all the internet resources, but i didn't have luck. Just one day i found my Original CD Installation and i promise to upload the driver for someone. I hope the journey of your search ends here. Works perfectly!, and works with the model GCA210U too.
