"This was confusing to install on XP because the setup file does not work with xp. You have to point the Win HW Installer to the directory the it installs the audio drivers fine. HOWEVER, the modem part will not install at all from anything I can find from this download and since this is a combo chip, the drivers are worthless for XP unless you do not plan on using the mod
