"This driver is for Windows 95 & 98 operating systems only!

In the listing it states that it is for WinXP, and that is what I have.

It won't work with Win XP.

Listing needs to be changed by management.

"I assumed this would work for another Microstar mainboard.

Per its included ReleaseNote doc: for S3 (8MB?) pro savage PM133 or KM133 on a 100/133 memory clock. It requires W9x/ME and DirectX 7.0."
