"This is for installing the driver>>> Open the Device Manager, click modems, select the modem with the "?" or "!" mark. Click properties, goto drivers, update, and point it to the folder where you extracted the driver files."

"Please rescue me from insanity! I have downloaded this and 3 other drivers with no success. I use the Add Hardware Wizard/Install New Modem/Select from List/Have Disk/Select the directory where I unzipped the download file/Click OK and then nothing happens I am back at the Install New Modem screen where it has the Have Disk option and wont let me click Next. Am I doing
