This is the Windows 2000/XP driver for the Mustek 4800P scanner. After downloading double-click this self extracting file and accept the default folder of C \4800P. Windows XP users must first run the FIXWINXP.EXE file to make necessary changes to the registry. Then install the Windows 2000 drivers by launching the file SE6000P_G.EXE and follow on-screen prompts.
Note Windows 2000 users do not use the registry patch "fixwinxp.exe". Just install the Windows 2000 drivers only.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
