"i downloaded the drivers for this, it scans but no pic, it stays in the system tray , & hard to get out of there, if i find some better drivers for the 3100b i'll let u all know...."

"I bought a paperport 3100b scanner on ebay, came with no software. Downloaded 3100bweb.exe from visioneer and from driverguide, both of them give an error when installing. Error cannot locate regedit.exe or one of it's components. Called visioneer, they say it's a microsoft problem, mocrosoft no longer supports win95. HELP!"

"I recently upgraded from Win95 to Win98 and added a USB port. The installation failed from the original disk and this file. The error is "System DLLs corrupt or missing. A device attached to the system is not functioning""

"I downloaded the file because my drivers on disk are ruined. I need to reinstall it to my computer. However, when I clicked on the icon it said, "not a valid win32 file." What do I have to do to get my scanner working?"
