"Actually works!! Others packages didn't have a sufficient txtsetup.oem file with a proper path in it for installing the driver upon booting from windows install CD to add it in the third party driver add on section by pressing F6. Works great and windows saw my ultra scsi 2 drive and installed windows."

"The driver works as far as getting XP to recognize the card. But I cannot get any CD recording software (CDRwin, VCDeasy) to recognize my Yamaha CD recorder. Any ideas? Thanks."
