"Tried this firmware on an Acer branded 4KUS CDR-6S52, but wouldn't run, even though same model drive. Acer must use a funny firmware in thier drives to prevent it... Also 1st external download link didn't work (www.4kus.com.tw), site might be down at the moment. 2nd external link worked fine."
