"The installation went smooth and the performance of the card is excelent. I did however find from time to time that I needed to disable and then re-enable the card after the PC went into standby mode. But thats a minor problem."

"The driver had to be installed twice. The Window's search didn't locate it, either. I had to choose driver from specific location (advanced), then choose the network adapter from a list of devices. However, it's worked fine once installed."

"When installing the OS asks for the name of the Network Card. This driver was to be for Broadcom 440x, but it was not listed as a choice for this driver. I aborted the install."

"Driver is NOT for the 440x integrated lan. You need the driver for the 4401 chipset series for that NOT the 5701(which is what this driver is)"

"the zip file does not have a set up application as such one has to go to the ' add new hardware option', to install the driver , but even the above option fail to recognise the driver, so eventually it could not be installed"
