"I have the HP 6640C AMD K-6/500Mhz desktop with the either the Conexant or the Rockwell Chameleon Combo card modem. When I upgraded to XP is put in generic modem drivers and now I only get 30k speeds. I hope this works. Any suggestions? Thanks."

"This did the trick. Went to device manager, clicked on ?PCI Communications device, clicked on Update Driver, chose specific location, point to where this file is extracted, then your done. thanks a million!!!"

"I hope this is the driver for rockweel hcf 56k data fax pci modem that will work with xp the modem driver will not down load on xp . the compurt is a Hp 4535 does any one know the right driver to load for this computer to make the modem work"
