"I installed the driver on a Dell Inspiron 8200. The driver did not install when the file was unzipped. I had to go into the device list and use the upgrade driver option. Once I found where the file had been unzipped all it took was finding the folder with the driver and it installed right away."

"this driver works with the micronpc transport GX3 model wireless dualband miniPCI card. Unzip the dell drivers. then use control panel/add hardware/to tell windows to look for the drivers. the dell install program FAILS, but the drivers work GREAT."

"This worked fine for the Latitude D400 I was installing XP on. I downloaded it here rather than from the Dell website because on the Dell site there were too many drivers listed that did not identify which hardware they were for."
