"Got the same file direct from HP for CD-W 8100i, for Windows 2000. Runs great! Installed easily. If you are having trouble with your HP burner, I highly recommend you follow DriverGuides suggestion to go direct to the manufacturer's (HP) website first."

"I have had a lot of trouble with this. It can never seem to locate my drive. I have tried installing it after my drive and before my drive. No matter what it does not see it."

"This worked fine. I had upgraded to Windows XP, and this file reset my hp cd-writer 9100 series so it would work again. Thanks"
