"I really don't know why doesn't it work with my Corel Photo Paint? Last correct step is preview and next - black picture! But fortunately IrfanView gives me good service and I can scan :)))))))"

"Actualicé desde W98 a WXP y el sistema no me detectaba el scanner. Instalé este driver y ... coser y cantar!!! Funciona perfectamente!!! (El programa Taskbridge tiene que estar instalado para abrir la pantalla del scanner)."

"I have installed first all the program from CD and after that I had install the p36_enxp and it's working. TaskBridge is there.

The problem is that the page I scan is always black.

Where is the problem?"

"The folder contained 3 zipped files supposed to be the driver programme. However they were only txt files and ther appears to be no actula driver programme present."

"Driver made no difference... Windows XP still won't recognise scanner. DID find a driver that worked some time ago [from this site] but can't find backup disk I created and have since had a full system crash that required reinstallation of OS. Hence can't get scanner to work."
