"didn`t work got a driver from microsoft when computer detected new hardware automatically searches through net and found a working driver.

need to install a program such as paperport or similar for the scanner to work fully."

"okay, i downloaded, unzipped, and ran this program. its said it installed and then i rebooted. win xp saw my new hardware and installed the driver for me after the reboot. I can go into system and look at the hardware profiles and it showes that the driver is there for my Mustek 1200 UB, however I cant figure out how to scan anything. with win 98, when i closed the sca

"Just get 5 floppy disks formatted. Unzip and put each of the five files on floppy. Each should be 1.38 megs except for the last (W05). They each should exactly fit on one floppy. Then put the .exe floppy in and run. Insert the next floppy in sequence when prompted."

"well I downloaded the zip file right, and I got as far as double clicking the exe file. Its installing till it stops midway through and asks for next disc in drive "A" Something like that I don't understand. HELP"

"Thanks to anyone who posted this driver because if it was not for this site i could not download the driver. THE MUSTEK SITE SUKS BIG TIME, i tried several times to download from there without any luck. 10x guys"

"neaver in my life was it so hard to get to a web sight for this scanner and this sight is very difficult in understanding in to just down load new hardware for this kind of scanner!"

"Hmm...well i downloaded the zip file rite and well i got as far as double clicking the exe file and well its installing till it stops mid way thru and ask for a A drive path or something liek that i dont udnerstand y its asking for it. "Thanks Neal. Works Great. No probs. now. Easy to install. Previously used Mustek site xp upgrade, scanner would not autoload at times. Also the WATCH!ALERT MSG 'ERROR IN PROGRAMMING SEQUENCE'at startup, now appears resolved."
