"Fixed problem with my Windows XP SP1 computer networked to HP LaserJet 3150 printer via a home network (printer is physically connected to a 98SE computer and shared with other computers on the home network). Had problems finding a driver that would work. This one does but was not the easiest to install in my situation anyway... How I did it: Used WinRAR to extract the exe

"As usual, DriversGuide.com came through with something that works. I migrated from Win2k to XP and, of course, my LaserJet 3150 didn't work and there are no drivers with XP or elsewhere that did the job. Except this one: easy install, and it prints. That's all I want - I'm happy."

"Works with XP Pro SP1. This is driver only, so still have to ask HP for the faxing/scanning software. Driver is not self-install, must run from 'Add Printer' icon."

"After installing this driver the printer printed one page. The following page would not print. I uninstalled the driver after several attempts to print and reloaded it. The same thing happened."

"Worked for a month but now causes XP reboot when I use the printer. Very Odd. MS debug says its this driver taht's causing the reboot."

"This driver works fine for the printing side of things but doesn't seem to have the twain stuff needed for the scanner - I can't get the scanner to work at all"

"Granted the LJ-3150 is the proverbial "All-in-One" so keep in mind that this is the printer driver - and does not cover fax, scanning or modeme operation. For normal printing operations from Windows XP-Professional this driver functions perfectly. Download & save; and then "install from disk"."

"This driver is the one from the HP site but I get a "not signed" error on XP. They want you to pay $10 for "size and liscencing issues" for them to ship you a CD. "when I install the software driver lj628en.exe a error message appear about windows XP not sign up if I install anyway some software cannot print properly If I don't install the software jetsuite doesn't work properly I have installed the XP driver and now the IBM PC reboot alone sometime for any reason Can you help me ?"
