sure it was here before, but unable to find anything so far that works.

"My web cam still doesn't work after all the I did to download the drivers. I will never buy another Phillips product again. Here, I have a web cam with the light on saying its ok, but I need a driver for me to work. I'm justing waisting my time here. So I will buy another web cam but not a phillips product!!!!"

"Why are Philips such a buch of T***s, the site you need to get any drivers for their cams is www.pc-cameras.philips.com/index_drivers.html Which is not linked to by any of the site, how nice"

"During the installation it say wich model of phillips ToUcam pcvc 720k do you have if you have any model (pcvc720k/00 or pcvc720k/16 or pcvc720k/20 or ... ) it will not work. Only pcvc720k/40 driver (update) works with xp. I have try all the ways to find this driver but there is unfortunatelly no ways. It's very bad from a multinational like Phillips !!!"

"Read This First *) PCVC720K/00, -/17, -/20 and -/90 is Plug & Play only for Windosw XP but is NOT supported by ToUcamWebUpdate 1.3 for Windows XP! This means that if you intend to use PCVC720K/00, -/17, -/20 or -/90 with Windows XP you just have to plug in the camera without using your installation CDROM. "Anyone found a solution yet My cam just shows a green screen from xp. It looks like there are a few needed files missing from the phillips site. It has been the same for the past 3 months. This is tha last time I ever touch a philips product."

"PCV720K/00 i tried to run it for the PCVC720K/00 but it didnt work. It said my Phillips Toucam was not compatible. i have windows XP Pro with SP1."

"i tried to run it for the PCVC720K/20 but it didnt work. It said my Phillips Toucam was not compatible. i have windows XP Pro with SP1. i dont understand why its not workin because on my other computer it has the same operating system with SP1 and it works. maybe its because i installed the Camera on that computer before i used Service Pack 1."

"the install program came fine, but when it ran there is a message that the Philips site is being updated and to try back later. Well, I have been trying for a week with no luck, Any suggestions?? JJ"
