"i followed all the instructions on the site and the read me file but windows keeps saying it cant find a better driver for my modem and doesnt show up under the driver tab in modem properties. ive tried uninstalling the windows driver first but instead windows uninstalls the entire modem so i then cant even enter properties to look at its driver details to install this one
