"I could not get an Action Managaer screen , so was never able to use the scanner. The s/w appeared to install quickly and with no problems but....it did not work (for me)."

"I'm using xp paint7.0 and omnipage pro 12. The scanner does not scan colors right in ps7.0 the scanner does not scan right in omnipage pro 12 at all I've done all the updates and still it does not work. This I would like help with if possible I have need of the scanner and do not want to buy a new one if possible."

"this file is not in english its in German or something, after downloading it I didn't know how to install it and make it work, I only speak English. ????? Not Good!"
