"I had my fun finding this driver. Thanks so much for getting it here.

I already loaded 2000 sp1 and then I decided I'd like to get the ata100 bus to work. I got this driver and unzipped it and then directed the mass storage device to get the windows 2000 driver. Rebooted and then after that reboot I shut it down and then changed my cables to the ata100 IDE slots and re

booted and the system came up fine. No blue screen of errors. On that boot it asked to reboot again after loading the ata100 drivers. So after 4 boots it all is just fine and loaded and working. Cool."

"Installed on a Windows98SE system, motherboard type ASUS A7V with a PROMISE PDC20265 chip onboard. Drivers installed perfectly and system did not have any problems with it after rebooting. PROMISE ATA100 controller was recognised perfectly bij operating system after the install."
